Description:
Create your own personal designs on photopolymer plates, then transfer your designs to bronze clay to create personal jewelry pieces.
Students will Learn:
Students will focus on learning the how-tos for photopolymer plates, receiving homework from instructors before class. You will transfer your designs to bronze metal clay creating finished pieces. Basic metal clay instruction including proper firing of bronze clays will be discussed.
Project completion:
Project will be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 12 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
Craft knife, scissors, Scotch tape, writing materials. Optional: Personal metal clay tools are desirable but not necessary.
Materials in Kit:
Selection of photopolymer plates; FASTfire BRONZclay; use of instructors' extensive selection of designs, use of instructors' tools, firing and finishing services, consumables, notes.
Limit:
One seat per person per class.
