Description:
Students will combine sterling silver wire with silver metal clay accents to create a functional and decorative necklace.
Students will Learn:
How to ball up ends of sterling wire, form, and then forge the wire links. Learn basic metal clay techniques working with EZ960 sterling clays to create small embellishments to add to their necklace. Forming and finishing of both silver wire and metal clay will be discussed. Students will walk out wearing a beautiful finished piece.

Project will be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 12 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
Bench block, chasing hammer, cutters, writing materials. Optional: Personal metal clay tools if you have them.
Pliers:
Roundnose.
Materials in Kit:
Sterling silver wire, jump rings; silver metal clay; use of instructors' tools, firing and finishing services, extensive directions.
Limit:
One seat per person per class.
