Description:
Bezel settings are tough to get just right. Metal Clay shrinkage adds to the challenge. Join Patrice and discover how to fit that bezel to securely hold a treasured coin, and allow both sides to be seen.
Students will Learn:
Learn a slick technique in silver metal clay to get a perfect bezel setting every time so both sides of the set item can be displayed. This method works just as well in bronze clay for those who want to try that at home.

Project will be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 16 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
Fine-tip marker; metal clay roller; metal clay tools; Optivisors; rawhide hammer; rubber stamps; tissue-slicing blade; work surface; coin, cabochon or button to set. Optional: Silver metal clay for larger pendant.
Pliers:
Bailing.
Materials in Kit:
45g silver metal clay.
Limit:
One seat per person per class.
