Additional Information
Come join Tracy for a day of exploring a variety of fabulous earrings. Wireworking, metalworking, and chain-making techniques will be used to make these unique earrings. This is a great class for the beginner or those with skills looking to add to their ever-growing inventory of earrings.
Students will Learn:
Learn how to make seven different styles of earrings using wireworking, metalworking, and chain-making techniques.
Project completion:
Project will be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 18 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
Bench block, block pad, flush wire cutters, measuring tape, ultra fine-tip marker. Optional: Instructor will bring a limited number of the following tools for the class to share: emery board file, metal hole punch, plastic mallet, metal texturing hammer.
Roundnose, chainnose, flatnose. Optional: Dimpling pliers, large wrap ‘n tap.
Materials in Kit:
Copper, brass metal; copper jump rings, wire; 7 pairs of earring wires; head pins; assorted beads (these will vary from kit to kit). Instructor will have silver-filled kits available for an additional charge.
One seat per person per class.
