Description:
Only three bead shapes make up these fabulous textured and hollow self-supporting beaded beads based on a dodecahedron shape. Varying the two-hole beads switches up the texture even more. Beaders who swear they can’t make a dodecahedron have been successful with these beads!
Students will Learn:
How to use a stitch akin to right-angle weave or triangle weave, and focus on remembering the pattern and reading their beading to see what to do next, although full instructions will be provided; how to work on thread tension for best results.
Prerequisites:
Experience with right-angle weave strongly suggested
Project completion:
Project will not be completed in class
Minimum Age Requirement:
At least 18 years old.
Supplies to Bring:
Beading mat, scissors, task lamp, thread conditioner.
Materials in Kit:
11/0 seed beads; CzechMates two-hole lentils, two-hole triangles; SuperDuo beads, needle, Nymo B, berry beads.
Limit:
One seat per person per class.
