Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for General Education Classes and Workshops in 2015
Once you register, you can add classes or special events (if space allows) at any time. You can cancel a workshop or general education class for a refund through April 13, 2015, (DOES NOT INCLUDE MASTER CLASSES). To cancel a class, please contact Customer Service or phone 1-800-554-0197 weekdays 8:30am-4:30pm CT.

There is a $15.00 per class withdrawal fee, even if another class is added in its place. No cancellations or refunds will be issued after April 13, 2015. You are permitted to give or sell your unused class tickets to other Show attendees. The $35.00 general registration fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy for Master Classes 2015
There will be no refunds issued to Master Class students after March 6, 2015, unless we can sell your seat.

Refund Information
Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed with any class you take. If you are dissatisfied with a class, you will be asked to fill out a refund request form so we can review your comments. A copy of the refund request form and your comments are always shared with the teacher. Kit fees are non-refundable.

Justifiable refunds are processed within 60 days of the close of the Show. Refunds will not be granted for issues beyond our control; room too hot or cold or noise from outside sources. Although we make every effort to control the room environments, we recommend that all students bring a sweater or sweatshirt to class in the event the room is too cool.

Refunds for Two or Three Day Workshops/Classes or Master Classes
If you participate in a two or three day workshop/class/Master Class, and you are dissatisfied with either the class topic or instructor, you must withdraw from your workshop after the first day in order for refund request to be accepted. We believe this is equitable for both the teacher and the student.

Skill Levels
It is important that all students understand the skill level required for each class and make sure that they meet that class level and any other class pre-requisites. It's unfair to the teacher to expect they tutor you adequately in a particular stitch or technique when it is a stated pre-requisite for the course. Refunds will not be granted if the student's skill level did not meet the basic class requirements.

Lampworking Skill Levels
If you are a lampworking student, make sure you take the time, before you register, to carefully review the descriptions of lampworking levels. In this type of class with an open flame, we want to ensure that you are placed in the correct session with an instructor whose curriculum best meets your current skill set and abilities. We do not recommend beginning students registering for advanced lampworking classes. If you have concerns about your lampworking skill level and whether you would succeed in a particular glass class, please feel free to e-mail the instructor.
