Lyle Rayfield is an award-winning metal clay artist and Accredited Teacher for Hadar’s Clay™. She is also a Senior Instructor for Art Clay World USA, and a Rio Rewards PMC Certified Artisan. After many years of various creative hobbies, Lyle discovered the world of metal clay and expanded her love of teaching into the metal clay community. She is a studio jewelry artist and currently offers classes on a regular basis at her home in Tucson, AZ, as well as through neighboring art centers. “I love to ignite a spark in my students and help them open unknown doors to their creativity.”
Lyle has taught at several national metal clay venues, including the Metal Clay World Conference, Art Retreat in the Desert, and Glass Craft and Bead Expo. Her work was honored at the 2006 and 2008 Art Clay World North American Design Competitions. You can find Lyle’s work for sale at several Tucson area galleries, including the Tucson Museum of Art, Desert Artisans Gallery, and the Silver Hat Gallery in Tubac, AZ.
