Dolly (Ahles) Palmer has been making soft glass beads since 1995. She has taken many workshops and classes to pick up new skills, and has traveled to Murano, Italy to study with glass masters Lucio Bubaccio and Shane Fero. She’s taught lamp working across the U.S., and in Japan in 2009 by invitation from the Kobe Glass Museum. She taught lamp working classes at the Mesa Art Center, Mesa, Az. for
She has made her home in Greeley, Colorado, where she is enjoying the four seasons with her husband Jody, their black and white tuxedo cat named Pepper, and their three Wyandotte chickens named Daisy, Robin and Sassy. She is also a jewelry designer, a watercolorist, and a photographer.
