Admission to each Master Class will by a lottery on January 5, 2011. If you have questions regarding any of the Master Classes, please contact Customer Service directly at 800-554-0197 or by e-mail.

A waitlist is maintained for all master class applicants in the event a student withdraws from the class.
Refunds for Master Class Students
There will be no refunds issued to Master Class students after March 11, 2011 unless we can sell your class seat. A waiting list of students from our lotteries will be kept on file in the event of cancellations.

Students enrolled in a Master Class are able to pre-register for additional classes before online registration opens on Tuesday, January 11, 2011. The $30.00 registration fee is waived for all Master Class students.

Master Class students will receive the 2011 commemorative bead by Sara Sally LaGrand, Show tote, souvenir T-shirt, collectible Show pin, one ticket to the Meet the Teachers Reception, and one ticket to the Bead Social without any additional charges.
Pre-Requisites
Please carefully review any pre-requisites listed for each Master Class to ensure that you meet the teacher's expectation of your skill level. In this level of workshops, individual tutoring of basic techniques is not appropriate. If you have any questions concerning your skill level, please e-mail the Master Class faculty. Graduation Dinner

On Tuesday evening, we ask that you assemble for dinner in the lobby of the Hyatt Hotel between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m. There will be two bus pickups. One of our staff will check you in, and there will be a school bus to transport you to the restaurant for the Master's dinner. The graduation dinner and reception location is under consideration and not final as of this date. Publishers, editors and staff from our three jewelry magazines, Bead&Button, BeadStyle and Art Jewelry will also be attending this special reception. They are looking forward to meeting you. The graduation dinner will take place from approximately 7:00-10:00 p.m. We will have a cocktail and mingle hour from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and then dinner will be served.

Classes will conclude by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7. This will give students a chance to freshen up or rest before dinner. The dress code for the reception is casual to dressy - dress as you are most comfortable - anything goes!
