Can I bring outside food or beverages into the show?
The Delta Center has agreed to let Show attendees bring their own "personal" beverages (such as Starbucks coffee), water, and food into the center. You are not permitted to bring in large quantities of food that would be served to a group.
Can I purchase Show souvenirs if I don't attend the Show?
Show souvenirs are available for purchase (plus applicable tax and shipping/handling fees) for those individuals who do not attend the event. To place an order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-554-0197 or visit our contact page

Can I ship packages from the Show?
Both the Hyatt Hotel and Hilton Hotel will ship your Show packages by various carriers. At the Hyatt Hotel, go to the Business Center located in the first floor lobby area. At the Hilton Hotel, go to the lobby on the second floor and ask for Guest Services. If you are not a guest at the hotels, they will require a credit card to process your shipment.
How can I rent a scooter or wheelchair at the Show?
The Delta Center does not rent scooters or wheelchairs; however, we encourage Show attendees to arrange a rental through On The Go Mobility before coming to Milwaukee.

What and where are the beading kiosks?
Forget something? Last minute beads, tools, and class supplies may be purchased at the beading kiosks located on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Hotel in the atrium area.

The Bead&Button Show will be returning: May 30-June 8 in 2014, and June 5-14 in 2015.
What are Wholesale Badges?
If you plan to attend the Show to conduct wholesale business, we encourage you to come to our Private Shopping Preview. Please see our Show Schedule
for dates, times and location. Although wholesale business is not limited to the Private Shopping Preview, wholesale buyers should consider this the primary night for trade transactions.
You may purchase a wholesale badge
for $30 which gives you admission to the Show floor from the Private Shopping Preview through the close of the show. If you are registering for classes, please designate your wholesale badge request when you purchase your Show class registration.
Wholesale badges are available in advance of the Show via online registration or by mail. You may also purchase a wholesale badge at the Show registration area through the close of the Private Shopping Preview. Wholesale badges will not be sold after the conclusion of this event.*Note

What is the Bead Dreams competition?
Each year, Bead&Button magazine sponsors Bead Dreams, a juried competition of exceptional bead artistry from around the world. We display the accepted pieces at the Bead&Button Show and award ribbons in nine categories. What is the breast cancer auction and how can I make a donation?
The Bead&Button Show is committed to joining the fight against breast cancer with other bead artists. You can donate to this cause with your online Show registrations. 100% of all proceeds from your donation will be used for breast cancer research.

What is the package check at the Show?
The package check and information area is hosted by the Loose Bead Society of Greater Milwaukee. The Society members will check your Show purchases for a nominal fee during regular Show hours. In addition, the Society has prepared a Milwaukee favorite restaurant pick sheet which includes their favorite restaurants at all price levels and cuisines as well as additional information about other Milwaukee attractions.
